July 2012

As part of our contribution to the '67 minutes' campaign in honour of our former president Nelson Mandela's birthday, Fasset attended the Nelson Mandela Day Careers Exhibition in Taung North-West Province. A joyful, rewarding and productive occasion, which we were indeed very proud to be a part of.

Fasset is also very proud of our brand new website. Our website has always been the number one source of news and information for our stakeholders and, in continuing our dedication to providing high quality services, and accessibility to information, we've re-vamped our website for simple navigation, incorporating a fresh new look and feel. Be sure to visit www.fasset.org.za.

Another very important innovation that we are proud of is the implementation of the National Student Financial Aid Scheme ( NSFAS) Grant. The NSFAS Grant seeks to pay off learners' loans in full, enabling employers to retain these learners, and also enabling learners to complete their professional qualifications. Further details (including criteria and forms) will be communicated in the next issue of e-facts as well as on our website.

Kindest Regards
Marelda
