February 2016

Zandile Skosana

We are gearing ourselves up for the final month of the 2016 financial year. There's a wave of excitement and a sense of accomplishment down our corridors as we are planning for the new financial period.

We would like to thank all stakeholders for submitting their comments to us on Minister of Higher Education and Training, Dr Blade Nzimande's proposed new National Skills Development Strategy (NSDS) and Sector Education and Training (SETA) landscape. The Seta has incorporated this feedback in its submission to the Minister. Fasset will keep stakeholders informed of any developments.

The upcoming event to diarise this month is the Office Etiquette and Diversity workshop happening nationally; please visit our website to reserve your seat.

Keep reading to take note of other important events, applications and deadlines.
